Zorby&Co d.o.o. operates OwnerEdge. This notice describes how we handle personal data when you visit the website, purchase the Direct-Booking Kit, or contact support.

What we collect

• Purchase and billing information, handled by Polar (our payment processor and merchant of record). We never see or store card details.
• Support correspondence when you write to support@owneredge.org.
• Your email address, if you submit it to see the calculator's full breakdown or to join a waitlist. It is stored with our email provider (EmailOctopus) and used to send occasional owner-economics emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can request deletion at any time via support@owneredge.org.
• Analytics events (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity) — only if you consent to analytics cookies.
• Marketing conversion events (Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API) — only if you consent to marketing cookies.
• Campaign parameters (UTM tags) from the link you arrived on, stored in your browser for the session.

Cookies and consent

No analytics or marketing tool loads, sets cookies, or sends any event before you give consent in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer. The site works fully with optional cookies rejected.

What we do not collect

• Card details (handled entirely by Polar).
• Your guests' data — the kit's templates run on your own channels, not our servers.

Retention

Support correspondence: kept until you ask us to delete them, with no automatic deletion schedule. Order and tax records: retained by Polar and by us for the period required by applicable law. Email-list addresses: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics and session-recording data (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): retained by those providers under their own published retention policies; we see reports and recordings, not a marketing database of you.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@owneredge.org.

Governing law

This notice is governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
