These terms govern your purchase and use of the Direct-Booking Kit, a digital product sold by Zorby&Co d.o.o. ("we") through Polar, our payment processor and merchant of record.

The product

The Direct-Booking Kit is a set of digital templates and tools: a guest-data capture flow, a book-direct welcome book, rebooking email sequences, and (in the Pro tier) multi-property template versions and a seasonal pricing calendar. It is delivered digitally, immediately after purchase.

License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use and adapt the templates for properties you own or manage. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the kit or its contents.

No income guarantees

We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, or any specific outcome. The kit is a set of working tools; results depend on your properties, your guests, and your effort. Any figures on the website are published platform rates or clearly labeled example calculations, not promises.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for using the templates in compliance with the terms of any platform you list on and with laws that apply to your rentals (including email and privacy laws in your jurisdiction). The kit is designed to operate after checkout, through your own channels, and does not require you to breach any platform's terms.

Refunds

A refund window applies — see the refunds page for the plain terms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the kit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
