Refund Policy

The plain version, because that's the whole brand:

  • You have 7 days from purchase to request a refund.
  • Email support@owneredge.org from the address you used at checkout and say you want a refund. You don't need to give a reason.
  • We refund the full purchase price. Polar (our merchant of record) processes it back to your original payment method; their processing typically takes a few business days.

The honest part

It's a digital product — you'll have seen everything before the window closes, and we can't take knowledge back. We offer the window anyway, because "inspect it before you trust it" only means something if you can undo the purchase. Please don't buy, copy, and refund as a habit; we reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of clear abuse.

After the window

Past 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. If something is genuinely broken or missing from the kit, write in — we'd rather fix it than argue.
